"Emilee went above and beyond with our wedding to say the least. She provided me and my now husband with an easy wedding experience and a perfectly flowing day. She was always quick to respond to my emails, phone calls, or text messages too!"

FAQs
What’s included?
You may be wondering what all comes with an event planner/coordinator. If you choose our Full Planning Service, you can expect several check-in meetings on top of the initial discovery calls, vendor suggestions and choosing/booking on your behalf, vendor meetings (us with vendors), organization of payment schedules, day-of timeline creation, day-of coordination, and more depending on what you need. Our Partial Planning option includes some of that, too, depending on what stage of planning you’re in. Day-of coordination includes day-of timeline creation, wedding rehearsal coordination (if applicable), and 4 hours of service on the day of your event. Want to know more? Book a consultation.
What if you’re out of my budget?
We try to craft prices that are budget-friendly that can still provide for our planners. If our services are not in your budget, we can chat about customizing them for you. We can’t promise the price you want, but we can promise to work with you and do everything in our power to help. Most of the time it narrows down to picking your priorities, and we can be flexible!
How far in advance do I need to book a planner or coordinator?
Depending on the size of your event, and how busy the time of year is, we suggest booking a full service wedding planner about 11-15 months in advance for weddings, and 6-8 months in advance for other events. We know, that sounds like a long time, but trust us - it’s for the best. For partial planners, we suggest booking no later than 6-8 months in advance for weddings, and 3-4 months for other events. As for day-of coordinators, we suggest booking with at least 3 months in advance for weddings, and 1 month in advance for other events. These times, of course, vary depending on planner/coordinator availability and event volume. As a rule of thumb, the earlier the better!
